Constantly trying to better relationship management with traders is an ongoing concern for fashion and optical firm Luxottica. In a world of infinite design variations and very tiny screws, awesome digital stock management is one cornerstone of a successful relationship. In-store interviews and website usability studies with opticians across the East and West Coast of the US were conducted to understand how their online relationship could be improved: streamlining stock management and client communication and improving business to business relationships.
